Mr. Peek is Vice President of Acquisitions for Waterton Associates, LLC. Throughout his tenure at Waterton Mr. Peek has been involved with the acquisition of over $2 Billion in multifamily properties nationwide, including equity and debt transactions. Currently, Mr. Peek oversees acquisitions in the Eastern region of the United States.  Mr. Peek is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Group, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), and the Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP). Mr. Peek is also a member of the Associate Board for Children’s Oncology Services, Inc.  Mr. Peek received Bachelor’s Degrees in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investments & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
